Global technology company Zoho has announced a strategic partnership with the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) to accelerate digital transformation among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Kenya.

The partnership, unveiled during Zoholics Kenya 2026, aims to empower entrepreneurs and growing businesses by improving access to digital tools, strengthening technology skills, and helping SMEs adopt solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness.

KNCCI Members to Receive Zoho Digital Support

Through the partnership, eligible KNCCI members will receive KES 65,000 in Zoho Wallet Credits to access Zoho’s suite of more than 60 cloud-based business applications. These tools support key business functions including accounting, customer relationship management (CRM), collaboration, productivity, and business operations.

The initiative is designed to reduce barriers to technology adoption and enable SMEs to streamline processes, improve decision-making, and build more resilient businesses in an increasingly digital economy.

Digital Skills Training and Business Enablement

Beyond providing access to software solutions, Zoho will offer KNCCI members dedicated onboarding support, product training, and digital enablement programmes.

The collaboration will include workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and engagement activities aimed at helping businesses successfully implement digital solutions and maximise their value.

According to KNCCI, the partnership will help members gain access not only to business technology but also the knowledge and support required to effectively adopt and use digital platforms for long-term growth.
